Definitive Anti-Dumping
Duties Retained The final determination
has been made with regard to the Sunset Review of
the anti-dumping duties on lysine originating in or imported from the United
States of America (USA).
The investigation was initiated in the Government
Gazette on 12 January 2007 following an initial
notification of a Sunset Review investigation
published in the Government Gazette of 2 6 May 2 006. The rates of anti-dumping
duties remain at 33.5% and 48%, depending on the
exporting company in the USA.
Tariff Applications – Comment Due
Reduction in the rate of customs duty (duty) on
lay-flat, seamless tubing made from polymers of
ethylene with a thickness
of 2 00 microns or more
but not exceeding 300 microns, printed, having a
burst pressure of less than 0.5 Mpa, and inside crosssection of 2 00 cm or more
but not exceeding 500 cm.
Comment due by 30 May 2008.
