DTI survey benchmarks SA’s competitiveness

AN INVESTMENT Climate Survey (ICS) that will establish South Africa’s international competitiveness, focusing on reform measures to improve its status, is underway. A joint project by the Department of Trade and Industry, with technical assistance from the World Bank Group’s Regional Programme in Enterprise Development, it will undertake cross-country comparative analyses to see how South Africa fares in the race toward investment competitiveness and productivity.
