After 22 people were killed in a horrific accident on September 5, the KwaZulu Natal traffic department launched operation Phezu’kwabo. Last Thursday, it was reported that 90 trucks heading towards Durban on the M13 were stopped in two hours, and checked to ensure they were 100% compliant with the traffic laws.
