MITCHELL COTTS Maritime has added the Stolt Tankers agency to its list of international shipping line principals.
Stolt's highly specialised chemical products tankers have been serving South Africa for over 30 years and now make about 100 visits a year to local ports, moving bulk liquids, edible oils, acids and other speciality liquids to and from North and South America and the Far East.
Mitchell Cotts has transferred Stephen Pike from Richards Bay to Durban as line manager for the Stolt agency.
Stolt Tankers is part of the US-based Stolt-Nielsen Transportation Group which operates a fleet of approximately 120 highly specialised parcel tankers designed for the movement of chemical products.
