Transport ministers of Zambia, Namibia, and the DRC have signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at addressing bottlenecks along the Walvis Bay- Ndola-Lubumbashi Corridor (WBNLDC), formerly known as the Trans Caprivi Corridor. The MOU covers issues of trade facilitation and spatial development.
