Resolve Capacity, a division of Imperial Logistics group company, Resolve, has won the Corporate Innovation Award at the 2015 SA Innovation Awards for its Clinic-in-a-Box concept. The event was recently held at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg.
Clinic-in-a-Box is an innovative turnkey infrastructural concept for the rapid deployment and commissioning of a clinic. These prefabricated structures can be erected within less than a day, and contain all the components necessary to deliver a total solution packed and ready for delivery in 20 to 40 ft containers.
“We have a wide footprint in Africa, with projects in Tanzania, Ivory Coast, Mozambique, Kenya, Nigeria and Rwanda,” says Arno Haigh, managing executive at Resolve Capacity.
“This is in addition to facilities already built in South Africa, including circumcision clinics for CHAPS in Sasolburg and Soweto using the Clinic-in-a-Box solution.
The awards are held by MyWorld of Tomorrow in partnership with Business Connexion and Business Day and aim to recognise and showcase innovative companies and individuals who are leaders in their fields.
