QUITE SIMPLY ..... big mistake. All the other ports, not least Richards Bay and Durban, are crying out for money and development, whilst all the while slipping backwards in efficiency, yet our government insists on wasting all this money just (in our opinion) to win votes because it will create some, probably only short term, jobs.
