That is the philosophy at Bax Global, where sales and marketing director John Owen is moving forcefully into the warehouse management field.
We encourage clients to outsource their warehouse management to us, either by having us handle everything in our own warehouse or moving our staff into theirs. In this way they benefit by not having to pay up for staff, equipment on site, rentals and distribution trucks.
At the other end of the operation we, in turn, outsource to a national distributor. We do this with an established transport company, and we deal with two or three of them at any given time.
We have shown time and again that this is the best possible method for all concerned.
