Automated weighbridges speed up Maputo turnaround times

Weighbridges in the port of Maputo have been automated in order to improve truck turnaround times and raise service levels. Automation is one of the ways in which the Maputo Port Development Company (MPDC) is helping to reduce the cost of doing business with and through Mozambique, according to MPDC chief executive officer Osório Lucas.
