The South African Revenue Service (SARS) has extended an invitation to interested parties for draft comments on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Internal Administrative Appeals (IAA) in terms of Section 77I and 77H of the Customs and Excise Act 91 of 1964 (the Act). Comment closes on 24 June 2005.
