‘Market opening up rapidly’ AIR MADAGASCAR is planning a major capacity boost for the month of November. “The airline is raising the bar and will operate a B767 aircraft on the route twice weekly,” says Bryn Woolley, managing director of South African GSA Airline Cargo Resources (ACR). “We welcome the 767 and its capacity with open arms. It provides us with greater space to a market that is opening up rapidly,” said Woolley. “A flight schedule change will come into force from November 1, affecting both the Thursday and Saturday departures from Johannesburg. These will now be at 13:20 on both days, arriving in Madagascar at 17:50.” Cut-off time for both flights is 17:00 the previous day.
