AIRLINE CARGO Resources (ACR) has been awarded the general sales agency (GSA) contract for Air Namibia flights from South African airports. Daily Boeing 737 flights depart from Johannesburg and Cape Town to Windhoek. Services are also offered to Luderitz, Eros (Windhoek), Walvis Bay and Oranjemund. ACR has gained further muscle in Namibia with its recent appointment as both GSA and cargo handler for Comav Cargo, mainly involving courier type cargo to Eros. Comav offers two daily flights departing Johannesburg International at 03h00 and 04h00, giving ACR a 24-hour operation into the region.
