ACP to market Nigeria service

ACP has been appointed GSSA for Virgin Nigeria's services in South Africa. The Lagos-headquartered airline will commence three times-a week operations to Johannesburg on November 24. Virgin Nigeria already flies between Lagos and London and has domestic flights to Abuja and Port Harcourt in Nigeria and to the regional ports of Accra in Ghana and Douala in Cameroon. Services on the Johannesburg route will operate on an Airbus A340-300 aircraft offering up to 10 000 kilograms capacity per flight. ACP's country manager South Africa, Karen Mitchell, sees strong potential for both the general cargo product and express services.
