Senior Estimator

A well-established freight forwarding company is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to join their growing team based in Isando. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Estimator who enjoys working across all transport modes in a fast-paced environment where your expertise will be valued.

You'll be joining a close-knit, non-corporate business with a supportive culture and working alongside another Senior Estimator to manage a high-volume estimates desk.

 Duties:

• Preparing accurate estimates across all transport modes.
• Handling import and export quotations.
• Managing a high-volume workload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Working closely with operational teams to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and responding to quotation requests within required turnaround times.

Requirements: 

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Estimator within the clearing and forwarding industry.
• Solid exposure to all modes of transport, covering both imports and exports.
• Previously handling more than 80-100 estimates/month. 
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
