Airfreight Estimator

Our client, a well-established and highly respected leader in the freight forwarding and logistics industry, is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Airfreight Estimator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Requesting rates from overseas agents, airlines and local service providers.
• Compiling relevant rates for agents and local customers
• Do estimate and send via CW1 to customer (import, export, cross trade and all Inco terms)
• Posses a good understanding of import/export procedures.
• Handle customer queries regarding the estimate done.
• Handle some forwarding aspects on selected shipments.

Requirements: 

• 2–3 years in airfreight estimating/operations.
• Good understanding of import/export procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• CargoWise experience beneficial (training provided if needed).
