welcome in bud-season,
though business has been in
full bloom for the Gautengbased
recruiters since August
2006.
“Business has grown
fantastically over the last
year,” said X-Act national
manager Joshua Alexander. The
company has even expanded
into the international scene,
with a spate of recent
placements in Dubai.
But South Africa’s skills
shortage is an ongoing
concern with candidates
simply lacking the
qualifications to do the job,
according to Alexander.
X-Act is a division of Prime-
X, the parent company that
specialises in IT interfaces and
offers consulting solutions to
the freight forwarding industry.
