(IMO) Safety of Life at
Sea (Solas) verified gross
mass (VGM) regulation –
implemented on July 1 this
year – is to be welcomed
said Glenn Delve, national
commercial director for
Mediterranean Shipping
Company (MSC).

years of living with, at times,
grossly misdeclared weights,”
