AFTER THREE years of co-operation Bolton Maritime has terminated its agency agreement with Unishipping in South Africa.
The multi-purpose operator will continue to offer a service to the USA and Mexico and will nominate a new agent in the next few days, Paris-based Unishipping managing director Daniel Berrebi told FTW last week.
“In the meantime Bonship Durban will be able to assist the trade regarding future Durban port calls,” he said.
Bolton Maritime will revert to its previous broking activities and will remain active in the US trade lane, Alan Ainscow told FTW.
