In a Government Gazette dated 06 June Sars announced the “Protocol Amending the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of South Africa and the Government of the Republic of Seychelles for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes and Income”. The Agreement entered into force on 15 May 2012.
