SWAZILAND COULD lose its eligibility for duty-free access to the US under the Africa Growth and Opportunities Act (Agoa), according to US Ambassador to Swaziland, James McGee. He has urged the government to “abide by democratic principles”, adding to that the warning that Swaziland’s continued Agoa membership “was subject to constant review”.
