Suspended Transnet executive resigns

Transnet’s suspended chief executive for Freight Rail, Ravi Nair, resigned last month, according to a statement released by Transnet today.

Nair was suspended in March along with Nonkululeko Sishi, the group human resources officer; Mlamuli Buthelezi, the group chief operating officer; and Shulami Qalinge, the chief executive: Transnet National Ports Authority.
