SPOORNET TODAY confirmed that suspended head of corporate affairs Harry Mashele had been fired while Ravi Nair had been reinstated as head of the national operating centre. The two were suspended in November last year by then CEO Dolly Mokgatle pending an investigation into ‘irregularities’. “Spoornet considers the investigation to be an internal matter and will not comment any further on the issue,” spokesman Molatwane Likhethe told FTW. Nabintu Petsana will continue to act as general manager corporate affairs until further notice. Herman Evert who was acting GM: national operations centre has resumed his normal duties as GM: service delivery zones.
