Claim Recovery Consultants is a specialist service run by John Pile, aimed at recovering compensation for damage through negligence.

Millions of rands are lost each year because a carrier or some other third party does not handle the goods entrusted to it properly. The client may be insured but still has to pay the excess out of his own pocket. If he is self insured, he has to carry the entire loss himself.

Pile says CRC will pursue the claim on the client's behalf.
