The Nigerian government has launched a cross-government single window trade portal to assist exporters and importers. It is designed to allow traders to quickly reference important information on different government agencies involved in trade matters, as well as link to their websites through a convenient hub, according to the site. Included in the portal is an interactive Trader’s Guide, which details the requirements for products based on keywords or four-digit tariff codes. Using the portal the trade can also conduct tariff searches and find regulatory guidelines.
