Safari members go their separate ways

THERE IS some concern at market perception that Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL), K Line and MISC have withdrawn from the Safari service.
"Safari effectively disbands next April as a result of Safmarine and Maersk giving notice to withdraw from the service," said Andrew Weiss of MOL.
It was then unanimously agreed that all member lines would go their separate ways, he added.
MOL will announce
further details of its new service shortly which will be an improved service with faster transit times, said Weiss.
