SAA reconsiders Copenhagen flight

SOUTH AFRICAN Airways is reconsidering the introduction of a service between Johannesburg and Copenhagen. Earlier this year the airline announced that it planned three flights a week to the Danish capital, but later said that this plan had been shelved. Now, following increased pressure from within both the travel and freight industries, officials are reviewing the situation. On Sunday October 27 SAA will add a Johannesburg-London flight, bringing its total on the route to 14 a week. With Cape Town served on a direct daily basis from London, SAA now has 21 flights a week to and from London, with constant heavy demand on cargo space at all times.
