Minister of transport, Dipuo Peters, has just signed the transport memorandum of cooperation (MOC) between SA and the US.
The original MOC was signed on September 2011 - serving as an over-arching framework for structured implementation of sector specific initiatives and expires this year.
As a result, the two countries have signed the reviewed memorandum of cooperation.
