THE FREIGHT industry has given Transnet CEO Maria Ramos a clear vote of confidence. In a poll conducted by FTNow, FTW’s sister publication on the internet, readers were asked whether she has what it takes to turn around the profits of the ailing Transnet. 58% voted yes, 29% voted no and 13% were unsure.
