Mexico’s Transport Ministry (SCT) is to give the go ahead for the expansion and upgrading of a number of key ports, and is looking at building new terminals in some.
It is planning for there to be public and private investment of about R55.5 billion in ports over the next six years,
These include Veracruz, Tuxpan, Coatzacoalcos, Lázaro Cárdenas, Manzanillo, Mazatlán and Guaymas.
