The Department of Public
Enterprises is constantly
looking at ways of
reducing the cost of doing
business in South Africa
while at the same time
engaging with business
in an effort to increase
support to them.
This is according
to Public Enterprises
Minister, Malusi Gigaba,
who says South Africa’s
new infrastructure
programmes are all aimed
at supporting business.
“We are constantly
meeting with the private
sector. It is important that
we continue to look for
ways to make the cost of
doing business cheap and
competitive in relation to
other emerging markets
involved in similar
sectors.”
