Postal delay warning

WHILE THE South African Post Office says it has put contingency plans in place to ensure that mail gets through during a national strike by workers which started on Monday this week, it could result in late delivery of FTW.
Members of the Communication Workers Union (CWU) and P&T (Post and Telkom Association) have called the strike to demand double - and sometimes triple - payment for
normal Sunday shifts as opposed to the 1,5 times rate stipulated in the company policy and Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
