In a Government Gazette of 20 October 2014 the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) in terms of the National Qualifications Act published a “Call for comments on the proposed occupational qualifications for registration on the qualifications sub framework for trades and occupations”.
There is an Occupational Certificate: Clearing and Forwarding Agent, NQF Level 5, for which details are available on the QCTO website.
