New system helps ISO implementation

A QUALITY management software system has been developed in SA - ideal for those in the freight industry aiming at becoming rated under the International Standards Organisation (ISO) 9000 quality management code. MD Garry Marshall of Quality Works told FTW that his team developed its “Qualifier” system with the benefit of experience gained in implementing ISO in the express freight industry. It effectively offers the user a step-by-step procedure for implementing all the processes required to pass the ISO 9000 standard. “As management spends most of the day on operational and customer matters,” he said, “the suite is designed to be easy to implement and is industry-intuitive.”
