June 3 saw the official opening of Montague Park, a new mixed-use business park in the Milnerton area of Cape Town. Marketed as an ideal facility for retail chains and modern distribution centres, due to its prime location and eco-friendly focus, it is co-owned by Improvon, Acucap and Capital Property Funds and developed and managed by the Improvon Group. The Park is the largest project of its kind to be undertaken in the area in several years and is situated on the northern border of Cape Town’s premier industrial node – Montague Gardens – with easy access to all major arterial routes, says Improvon business development executive, Grant Lewington.
