RECENTLY ESTABLISHED Ross Reefer Leasing has secured the agency for Transamerica Maritime Leasing in South Africa.
The new Cape Town-based company will serve the domestic reefer leasing market, tailoring solutions to meet the market's varied refrigerated storage needs.
Heading the new venture is Alan Ross who has more than 10 years experience in the management of container fleets.
Transamerica has one of the largest reefer container fleets globally and has committed to making an unlimited supply of refrigerated containers available to the South African market. More than 100 forty-foot reefers are already positioned here, he told FTW.
