New brand, new services

Global NVOCC ECU Line has
rolled out a new corporate
brand identity – ‘ECU
Worldwide’ – with the tagline
‘Geography Simplified’.
“Along with the rebranding,
the company will add new
services to its portfolio
including full container loads
(FCLs) and airfreight,” said
ECU Worldwide chairman
Shashi Kiran Shetty.
“The new name heralds
the start of a new chapter,”
he added. “The integration
of new services, technology,
global best practices and
professional expertise will
re-define the brand experience
for our stakeholders and is in
line with the company’s vision
to become a US$2-billion
revenue organisation by
2020,” said Shetty.
The main objective
behind rebranding was to
change the perception of
the company and promote
it as an integrated service
provider offering end-toend,
value-added services
to its customers through a
network of more than 300
offices located in more than
160 countries, he added.
It is a fully owned
subsidiary of Allcargo
Logistics, an integrated
logistics player in India.
