Boosting economic growth EFFECTIVE SINCE September 3 Kwa-Zulu Natal’s competitiveness fund (CF) has been re-instated. According to KZN CF manager, Buleiwa Gwagwa, the ever-increasing economic activity in KZN requires the CF to ensure that companies can compete. This is intended to result in greater economic growth and employment creation. Nationally the CF committed over R200-million to more than 1 300 companies during its first phase of operation, according to Gwagwa.
