A proud claim for FTW,
with our “Duty Calls”
creator and correspondent,
Riaan de Lange, having
just been appointed as a
part-time commissioner
for the department of trade
and industry’s International
Trade Administration
Commission (Itac) for the
next three years.
Themba Maseko
of government
communications told FTW
that this appointment was
confirmed at the cabinet’s
last ordinary meeting of
the year on March 3
in Pretoria.
At the same meeting,
LB Mabaso was appointed
as the deputy chief
commissioner, and the
two other part-time
commissioners were named
as R Mkhwanazi and
M Marokolo.
