RAY SMUTS SMIT AMANDLA Marine has announced a R30 million a year marine fuel purchase agreement with black-owned, international petrochemicals company, Kepu Trading. The deal, effective June 1, involves the purchase of marine fuel (gas oil and bunkers) for Smit Amandla’s owned and managed vessels and includes fuel procurement for the department of environmental affairs and tourism’s fleet of patrol, supply and research vessels, managed by Smit Amandla Marine.
