LAST MONTH saw the launch of a weekly direct Indian Ocean Service (IOS) from the Port of Maputo to India, Pakistan and the Gulf. A joint venture by P&O Nedlloyd, Pacific International Line (PIL) and LNL, its first vessel called at Maputo on November 25.
