Malaysian Airlines cuts loss-making flights to Europe

Malaysia Airlines is to pull its planes out of loss-making European routes, and has just signed a deal to expand a compensatory partnership with Emirates.

Under the scheme approved by new CE, Christoph Mueller, the code-share deal will allow Malaysia customers to book routes to Europe with Emirates, while in exchange Malaysia will offer Emirates customers connections within the Asia Pacific region.
