Ethiopian airlines has announced that it has officially fully digitised all of its business processes.
“ICT will enable us to deliver customised global standard customer services as per the preferences of each and every customer,” said Ethiopian CEO, Tewolde GebreMariam.
The African carrier has removed paper from its entire system including aircraft maintenance, flight operations and procurement and supply chain management.
