Major African airline enters into codeshare agreement with Brazilian airline

Ethiopian Airlines entered into a codeshare agreement with Azul Brazilian Airlines yesterday (Monday).

Effective October 1, customers will be able to purchase tickets to seven Brazilian destinations operated by Azul directly from Ethiopian Airlines’ sales channels.

The agreement states that Ethiopian Airlines will add its flight code in Azul’s operations while Azul Brazilian Airlines will market on Ethiopian’s vast network throughout Africa and beyond
