Paccon Logistics SA has concluded negotiations to purchase the minority interest in the company that was held by Paccon Logistics Australia. According to managing director Andrew Wallace the company now is 100% proudly South African owned. The move frees the company to pursue more local strategies while at the same it will allow them to grow their service offering into Africa. “Since founding the company in late 2004, we have always had our own sense of identity and have focused on the heavy industrial and project logistics side of our industry,” said Wallace.
