Professional Aviation Services has been named the best new sales agent in a 43-member International Air Transport Association (Iata) sales agent network located in the USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, India, Russia, Nigeria, Italy and 15 other countries.
The award is based on revenue produced in 2016 by sales agents new to the Iata network.
“Our strategy has been to concentrate on providing clients with technical advice on what publications best serve their needs in terms of regulatory compliance and operational efficiency,” says AVSEC general manager David Alexander.
“It is often a fine balance between what is required to ensure legal compliance and the best way to combine operational efficiency with legal compliance. The aim is to supply only what is needed, in the best format (print, online or electronic in the form of a CD) to serve client needs,” he said.
