A full service depot has been established by Maersk within the Independent Beira Logistics Terminals (IBLT) grounds. The terminal helps reduce pressure on the port and improves the efficiency of vessels calling on Beira, as it helps move the containers out of the port quicker, he says. Exports are also expedited through stacking in the IBLT terminal.
