We survived Level 5 with difficulty, however, as restrictions eased, we found that customers liked the idea that they could contact us in the office, with a working switchboard, to address and resolve issues.Having received authority as an essential service, GLFC operated throughout the pandemic, with the same due diligence and service levels that have always been our philosophy. Working on site had a huge inf luence on where we are today. In fact, our business has grown exponentially. The biggest lesson we learnt was probably that we are all equal. The pandemic can affect you, whoever you are, and we need to work together and live for the day. Live in faith not fear, live your life with passion and assist small businesses to operate and grow by being their total supply chain solution.
