KLM increases flights

Terry Hutson KLM IS to introduce two new weekly roundtrip flights between Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport and Johannesburg International Airport from November 29 2001, supplementing existing daily flights on the Schiphol-Johannesburg-Cape Town route. KLM will make use of Boeing 747-400 Combis for the additional flights, offering cargo space at the rear of the aircraft. Existing flights are operated by 747-400s in full passenger configuration. This will bring the total number of Amsterdam-Johannesburg flights operated by KLM to nine each week.
