KLM CARGO has been awarded ISO 9002 certification in respect of its global customer service organisation (CSO) by Veritas.
It is the first time an airline has achieved certification specifically in the area
of customer service, says Herman Wittebrood, regional customer service director.
Wittebrood is visiting South Africa to host a CSO conference in Sun City attended by Customer Service Organisation managers and supervisors from Egypt, Turkey, Israel and throughout the African continent.
