Heart-warming messages from leaders of commerce and community representatives continue to pour in for the people in the provinces affected by the horrendous and, what appears to be, orchestrated destabilisation of key sectors of South African society.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with our colleagues in the provinces that are affected by the ongoing violence that has beset our beloved country,” said Terry Gale of the Exporters’ Club Western Cape (ECWC).
Referring to President Cyril Ramaphosa’s speech on Monday, he said “we totally condemn their actions, anarchy cannot rule our lives.
“We will rise above this, we are resilient as a nation, we must not be dictated to by those that are trying to bring our country to its knees.
“We are better than this – we must now show the world that we can, and will, overcome!
“Nkosi Sikelel’ iAfriKa.”
